We are seeking a visionary Marketing VP/Director to lead and elevate our marketing efforts across all channels; including Shopify, product marketing, social media, email newsletters, and paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Executive
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the brand's aesthetic and growth objectives.
- Oversee and optimize marketing campaigns across all digital and offline channels.
- E-Commerce & Shopify Management
- Manage and optimize the Shopify platform, ensuring seamless user experience, high conversion rates, and product discoverability. Must be ready on day one to be our “Shopify Guru.”
- Partner with the product team to align marketing strategies with inventory and merchandising goals.
- Content & Social Media Management
- Drive innovative, engaging, and on-brand content strategies across all social platforms to build community and drive traffic.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually stunning campaigns aligned with the brand’s identity.
- Email & Newsletter Campaigns
- Develop and execute high-performing email campaigns to nurture leads, build loyalty, and drive sales.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to continuously improve email marketing ROI.
- Paid Media & Advertising
- Manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram, focusing on ROI and scalability.
- Allocate and monitor advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective performance.
- Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Utilize analytics tools to measure marketing performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Report on KPIs to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably within luxury retail, lifestyle brands, or e-commerce.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Shopify, Google Analytics, and major social media platforms. Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo or Mailchimp) and paid ad platforms is essential.
- Creativity: Strong sense of branding and aesthetics to ensure alignment with Canyon Creative Studio’s identity.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven decision-maker with a strong understanding of key marketing metrics and performance optimization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
