Community Marketing Coordinator, Beyond Yoga

Beyond Yoga operates as a standalone brand with the benefit of LS&Co.’s global capabilities to help it achieve its goals of brand-building, store opening, category expansion and distribution.
Position overview: This role supports the growth of Beyond Yoga’s community and creator programs, both a top priority for BY’s marketing teams. This person will own many of the day-to-day operations that enable us to build creator relationships, acquire great content and provide branded experiences. Additionally, this role will assist in the growth of our Club Beyond franchise, our in-person community events around the country – some travel is required. You have the opportunity to help scale an already successful program, contribute insights and champion activations.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep interest and knowledge of the social media industry including trends and platform innovation
- Passion for the wellness, fitness and fashion industries
- Build creator and partner relationships
- Build and maintain creator, fitness ambassador and KOL contact database
- Research and identify key and trending influencers/creators that align with the overall brand positioning and marketing goals
- Outreach to potential influencers and partners weekly to engage in product seeding
- Maintain product inventory and fulfill product seeding to creators and partners.
- Monitor social for influencer mentions and tags
- Assist in delivering monthly reports including partnership recaps, campaign summaries/learnings; opportunity to present and share ideas with wider team
- Helps create and organize internal documents including influencer media kits, media briefs, talent rosters, rate sheets, etc.
- Evaluate content from creators and deliver actionable feedback
- Support community events by assisting in attendee outreach, building Eventbrite pages and onsite attendance.
- Occasional administrative duties including managing team meetings, compiling and circulating meeting notes
About You
- College Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or PR at a lifestyle brand or agency
- Strong team-oriented individual with the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment with changing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- PC/MAC literacy/fluency including Excel and Power Point
- Experience with CreatorIQ, TikTok Shop, Eventbrite is a plus!

The expected starting salary range for this role is (($xx,xxx- $xx,xxx)) per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
