As Marketing Strategy Coordinator, you will support general administrative, operational, financial, and communications activities for the Marketing Strategy team to develop highly creative and effective multi-media marketing campaigns to launch and market a wide variety of original TV programs, series and specials.
Responsibilities:
- Help support the team that develops a wide range of 360- integrated content marketing plans, including communication and engagement strategies across all platforms
- Gather materials, facilitate collaboration with internal and external teams and vendors, and provide support where needed
- General administrative duties (e.g., schedule meetings, answer phones, book travel and accommodation, submit expense reports and payments, update org charts, order and replenish office supplies and office kitchen inventory, etc.) for multiple leaders in the team
- Help gather, analyze and apply relevant customer insights and data in collaboration with Brand Directors and Marketing strategists to help define effective and innovative strategic marketing approaches
- Work to develop and implement new processes and mechanisms that will ultimately improve team performance, creativity, communication, collaboration
- Assist with compilation and communication of key marketing presentations to Senior Executives, Talent and Executive Producers. This includes development and oversight of Go To Marketing emails to wider CBS org.
- Maintain key organizational documents including marketing priorities, planning calendars, project budgets, timelines, and SharePoint content.
- Assist with show marketing launches and show experiential activations including SxSW, Upfronts, the Super Bowl, Comic Con, etc.
- Participate on the committee with all other CBS Coordinators to facilitate social gatherings and opportunities for connectivity across teams
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in an admin capacity, preferably in the media, entertainment or agency field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, extremely detail-oriented
- Experience managing multiple calendars
- Possess strong decision-making skills, organizational skills and relationship building
- Strong project management and proactive organizational/planning skills
- Solid knowledge of the TV/entertainment landscape preferred
- Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners, including day-to-day management of campaign milestones and agency deliverables
- Ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment

Additional Information
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 60,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
