Location: Remote with occasional onsite collaboration.
Compensation: $60,000-80,000 annually

Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic fully-remote Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in bolstering our brand’s presence and driving our marketing initiatives forward. Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Content Creation:
- Design visually compelling assets for email campaigns, ads, and social media using Canva. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or XD is preferred.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand's aesthetics and values.
Email Marketing:
- Assist in developing and executing effective drip campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance to recommend improvements.
Social Media & Ads Management:
- Manage and update our social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Create and optimize ads for these platforms, maximizing ROI.
- Monitor social media trends and insights to inform campaign strategies.
Google Ads:
- Knowledge of Google Ads is advantageous. Assist in creating, optimizing, and analyzing Google Ad campaigns.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Marketing Director and team to strategize and implement marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the broader team to gather content, feedback, and ensure alignment across all marketing channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in basic graphic design, especially with Canva.
- Familiarity with drip email campaigns.
- Experience in social media management, especially platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge or experience with Google Ads.
