ABOUT THE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns. This includes online advertising, social media marketing, SEO, and other digital channels. The goal is to drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, and revenue growth through digital channels.
This role will interface with other departments across the company to execute strategic goals. This person must have experience in digital advertising, web management, digital marketing and communication, and analytics.
What You'll Do
- Digital Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goal of new patient acquisition.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital platforms to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Online Advertising:
- Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Partner with paid advertising agency to monitor and optimize advertising performance based on key metrics.
- Collaborate with operations team to align monthly spend with clinics in greatest need of new patient volume.
- SEO and SEM:
- Partner with SEO agency to implement and manage SEO strategies to improve the website's organic search ranking and google business profile listings (map pack).
- Create content and collaborate with content creators including physicians and other clinicians around the company to optimize content for search engines.
- Monitor and manage paid search campaigns (SEM).
- Website Management:
- Work closely with web development agency to ensure the website is optimized for user experience and conversions.
- Implement and analyze website analytics to make data-driven decisions.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage the company's presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Collaborate with internal communications and freelance designer to create engaging content and campaigns to build brand awareness and engage with the target audience.
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Highly adaptable and stays current with the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation tools.
- Agency experience or agency management experience preferred.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
