We’re looking for an Influencer + Community Coordinator to join our marketing team!
ABOUT THE JOB
As the Influencer + Community Coordinator, you will help optimize operations, identify and communicate with influencers, and assist in our overall influencer execution to promote Skin Pharm’s mission and philosophy.
- Support our overall influencer marketing strategy to elevate brand awareness, drive conversions, and increase sales
- Assist Skin Pharm’s Community Manager by identifying, vetting, and engaging new influencers and local tastemakers in our clinic cities who align with our brand
- Coordinate and streamline communication between influencers and the operations team to ensure smooth collaboration
- Help cultivate lasting relationships with our key influencers, ensuring a steady pipeline of influencer engagements across clinics
- Track and monitor all influencer engagements and content to ensure an accurate database of collaborations
- Support the execution of product seeding for product launches and marketing campaigns
- Maintain upkeep of monthly trackers, reporting and KPI dashboards; monitor and analyze influencer performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in influencer marketing to improve our influencer marketing strategy
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as an Influencer + Community Coordinator to support our Community Manager in executing and scaling our influencer marketing strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty or skin care industry
Top Abilities/Attributes
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with influencer management tools (i.e. Tribe Dynamics or Creator IQ) is a plus
