SUMMARY
Come join one of the fastest-growing online retailers in the country! Pink Lily is in search of an experienced and ambitious Social Media Manager to lead our Social Media Team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing content calendar and social media marketing strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Create and manage both a content calendar and marketing calendar that help maximize the impact of our effort across core social channels.
- Drive the channel strategy and own the execution for our core brand social media channels, such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, and others.
- Create engaging social content across core social media channels driving sales and promoting quality community growth.
- Lead community management to engage, grow, and support our customer community.
- Implement and optimize the current social strategy, reporting out weekly.
- Collaborate with product leads and content teams to help develop and maintain a clear brand voice and style within social media efforts.
- Manage social media team members and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure social concepts are integrated and amplified across all marketing platforms.
- Develop and track success and performance metrics for social and content strategy for continuous optimization.
- Oversee creative content requests for social platforms and campaigns.
- Ensure brand cohesion in all our communication - both visual and written in tone and voice - especially with community engagement
- Collaborate with cross functional team members to optimize creative content delivery and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Present overall organic social strategies, KPIs, learnings and implications to the Director of Brand Marketing
- Partner with E-commerce team to leverage social media content across web and paid channels with appropriate asset ownership.
- Leverage data and insights to make strategic decisions, updates, and improvements to existing campaigns.
- Own and execute giveaways on social media platforms to help drive engagement and brand awareness, as well as support influencer collection launches.
- Bonus if candidate has experience with TikTok Shop live streams and affiliates. This role will own the brand’s TT Shop strategy, will be responsible for organizing and moderating TT Shop live streams, and will need to be available nights and weekends as needed.
Our ideal candidate has successfully managed social media platforms and teams in prior roles.
Education and/or Experience
- Marketing degree preferred.
- 3-4 years social media marketing experience
- 2-3 years of management experience
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms
- Excellent copywriting skills
- A passion for social media and fashion content
- Ability to multitask / work on several projects at once.
