Position Summary
Seeking an individual who has experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a corporate or agency environment. This person will play a supporting role within a high performing team and division in the company in a contract position. This person will gain experience mainly in external communications, taking direction related to messaging and branding while implementing customer-facing projects. Must be a proficient writer, and knowledge of graphic design a plus.
Core Responsibilities and Tasks
Work with team members and internal customers on communication plan implementation
Manage tradeshow and events initiatives, including planning, budgeting, ordering booth materials and coordinating with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Update a content calendar for the division’s marketing initiatives
Create content for LinkedIn posts, email marketing, presentations, literature, and webinars
Contribute to other marketing and communication initiatives as needed
Position Requirements
4 year degree required
3-5 years’ experience in the field
Firm understanding of marketing, communications, and public relations principles
Strong writing and project management skills
Ability to work independently
Basic graphic design and video editing skills a plus
Basic data analysis skills a plus
