Job Description
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
E-Retail Website/App Check
- Audit DIOR in our retailers’ website on a daily basis:
- All PDP’s live and no issues
- Stock issues
- E-Retail media working as planned
- Exposures
- GWP’s working as planned
- Audit competitive brands on a daily basis
- Audit new features in our retailers’ websites
- Audit promotions, discounts
E-Retail Offsite Activity Check
- Audit DIOR and competitive brands:
- Audit emailing activity
- Audit social media
- PDP Optimization
- Check DIOR PDP’s
- Submit updates – fill in different forms / create different deliverables for retailers to guide them through the needed updates
- Follow up on updates and solve potential issues
- Sampling Programs
- Check future sampling and TOA’s programs to ensure they will happen as planned:
- Shipping of goods, tracking of PO’s and shipping dates
- Fill in different forms for retailers
- Tracking when goods arrive at our warehouse
- Propose alternative programs if issues
- Be able to work short, medium and long time
E-Retail Division Sampling Coordination
- Check catalogs and applicable samples and TOA’s to forecast
- Consolidate all accounts and partner with Account leads on forecasting and entering units in the system
- Check forecasts and ETA on an ongoing basis
- Consolidate files with forecasts per account
- Update all files on a weekly basis
- Proactively monitor potential issues in the short, medium and long term

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $30-$35/hour.
