THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you an energetic and organized marketer ready to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment? The role of Marketing Coordinator at BLACE offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the heart of our marketing strategy. As a pivotal support figure, you'll collaborate with our Senior Director of Marketing & PR, ensuring the success of BLACE's omnichannel marketing initiatives. If you're driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about creative brand storytelling, this role is tailor-made for you! This is a hybrid role with 4 days at the office and 1 day working remotely.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter leads from third-party listing platforms into Salesforce daily, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Translate requests from Sales team members into detailed marketing request forms, facilitating clear communication and efficient task management.
- Compile weekly (Monday) and month-end marketing reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Compile post-email performance reports to analyze the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns.
- Pull data for ad hoc reports as needed to support decision-making processes.
- Build and schedule emails and social media posts, ensuring consistency and alignment with marketing strategies.
- Build engaging blog pages to enhance our content marketing efforts.
- Manage contacts and data within HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and effective use of the CRM system.
- Manage marketing projects within Monday.com, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
- Update tear sheets with the latest venue information to provide accurate marketing materials.
- Project manage other team members, ensuring they submit their content on time and meet project deadlines.
- Take notes and follow up on action items from marketing meetings to ensure accountability and progress.
- Capture photos and videos of venues and events for use in social media and other marketing efforts.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination or a related role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Monday.com or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
- Basic knowledge of web design and content management systems (CMS).
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
- BA in Marketing or a related field preferred.
