The Role
- User Growth Strategy: Spearhead growth initiatives focused on market penetration and user acquisition through targeted paid social campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Campaign Execution and Optimization: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, employing optimization strategies to improve performance metrics and CAC. Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital advertising, incorporating new tactics to stay ahead of the curve.
- Influencer Marketing: Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall marketing goals.
- Analytical Oversight: Work closely with the analytics team to analyze campaign data, adjust strategies based on performance insights, and utilize AI tools in the tech stack to increase productivity and campaign efficiency.
- Innovative Engagement: Explore and test new paid channels and techniques, including AI-driven approaches, to discover and scale effective user acquisition tactics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead product launches and marketing strategies, tailoring approaches to align with both global and local market needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution and messaging.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid social advertising and digital marketing in tech or startup environments.
- Analytical Skills: A highly analytical mindset with a proficiency in using data to inform marketing strategies and decisions. Experience with digital ad analytics and optimization tools.
- Tech Savvy: A keen interest in the latest digital marketing innovations and technologies, with experience or strong interest in integrating AI tools to enhance marketing productivity.
- Creativity and Innovation: Demonstrated ability to integrate creative marketing tactics with data-driven insights, aiming for high engagement and effective user acquisition.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting clear messaging and collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
