Position Details
As our Social Media Manager, you'll craft clever, on-brand content that engages and educates while driving traffic to our locations. We want someone who’s as passionate about skincare as we are and knows how to translate that into thumb-stopping content.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Plan, create, and curate content that aligns with our cheeky brand voice and engages our audience across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Linked In, and other platforms.
- Community Engagement: Respond to comments, DMs, and customer inquiries, fostering a positive and fun community vibe.
- Social Strategy: Develop and implement creative campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and bookings to our locations, and promote promotions and services.
- Influencer and Partnership Management: Identify and collaborate with local and national influencers and skincare lovers to build brand advocacy and reach.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports and optimizing results-based strategies.
- Trendspotting: Stay updated on social trends, platform updates, and industry news to keep our brand at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a flair for cheeky, on-brand copy.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. photo/video editing software).
- A strong eye for visuals and photography skills are a plus.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and staying on top of the latest trends.
