We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Digital Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology and entertainment. As our first marketing hire, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and excitement from the ground up - across the diverse and ever-evolving entertainment and media landscape including traditional studios & suppliers, streaming companies, online content creators and talent.
Working closely with our founding team, you’ll help design and execute Showrunnr’s inaugural go-to-market strategy. Utilizing your skills in copywriting, graphic design, and web design, you will create and distribute engaging content across various channels, including social media, blogs, and our company website. You will also create impactful sales collateral, such as pitch/demo presentations and case studies, as well as launch and manage email marketing and PPC campaigns to enhance brand awareness and generate sales leads.
Responsibilities
- Develop and spearhead digital marketing strategies to achieve business development goals in alignment with the executive team and Sales.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation and evolution of Showrunnr’s website
- Drive social media engagement on platforms such as Linkedin, Youtube and Instagram.
- Create digital marketing collateral to support sales, customer outreach, and brand awareness, including graphic design and some video production .
- Design, budget and manage digital campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising, to drive website traffic and increase sales.
- Help connect company partnerships, brand ambassadors, and influencers to campaigns and events, supporting them with brand-aligned content, social media, and follow up.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience and a strong track record in successfully creating and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborative and supportive team player - comfortable working remotely across time zones, with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
- Tech savvy creative thinker with experience in establishing procedures for capturing information, managing communications, and sharing data.
- Proficient in web and graphic design, and the creation of digital marketing collateral.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good business judgment and acumen.
- Ready for the early-stage company journey with an experienced, caring, and awesome founding team!
What You’ll Get
- Base Salary range: $95,000 - $135,000 annually, based on your level of experience.
