Head of Global Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Coordinate global budget planning and return on investment evaluations, and formulate comprehensive marketing goals and strategies to achieve rapid brand and sales growth.
Team Management: Lead, guide, and develop a high-performance global marketing team, and build a complete global brand marketing talent pipeline.
Brand Building: Establish a world-class global brand and enhance the influence of the company, brand, and products.
Integrated Marketing: Oversee brand creativity, marketing planning, social media, influencer marketing, media PR, user community operations, visual design, and channel marketing. Lead the planning and execution to achieve results.
Localization: Enhance the local visibility and influence of the brand in major global markets such as the US, Europe, Japan, South Korea, Australia, and others. Identify local marketing partners and establish effective collaborations.
Cross-Department Empowerment: Work closely with the product and R&D teams to identify marketing opportunities, and empower the growth of various sales channels including independent websites, Amazon, social media e-commerce, agency distribution, and enterprise sales.
Market Insights: Analyze industry trends, customer needs and feedback, consumer behavior, and other factors to identify opportunities and challenges. Provide market insights and strategies.

Job Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Work Experience: 5-10 years in an international smart hardware brand company preferred, with at least 3 years of management experience.
Personal Qualities: Brand/creativity-oriented with high aesthetic standards, excellent communication and delivery skills, strong learning ability, entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to accept challenges.
