Point C is a private equity backed platform of third-party administrators (TPAs) focused on providing services to businesses that self-fund their medical benefits. Point C actively acquires independent and 'like-minded' TPAs within the continental US encouraging each partner to retain their unique local identities while creating value at the platform-level through centralizing back-office functions, improving technology, and optimizing vendor relationships. The Point C Corporate team supports each partner while leading strategic investments in resources and systems, facilitating sharing of best practices, and implementing value creation initiatives across the entities.
Vice President of Marketing
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Vice President of Marketing is responsible for providing leadership and coordination of the company’s marketing function. This position is responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined marketing strategy consistent with business growth strategy and building brand equity. This position must plan, organize, staff, train, and manage all marketing functions to exceed company growth objectives and position our product and solution in target markets, while ensuring a consistent marketing message and position consistent with the corporate direction.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Create, manage, coordinate, and execute all marketing strategies and implement tactical plans that meet and exceed company expectations
· Partner with local management to develop unique value propositions, business partnerships, category management, and call-to-action activities targeted toward key customer/prospect segments
· Lead and manage internal and external resources for marketing agency support, direct marketing, public relations, advertising, online marketing, and creative services
· Achieve targeted results and ensure timely execution of marketing tactics and programs
· Analyze, evaluate, plan, and execute on both existing and potential marketing activities and strategies
· Analyze market and competitive research to determine and lead priority opportunities
· Measure the effectiveness of the marketing department and implement improvements as required
· Coach, mentor, and raise the marketing team’s ability to deliver and exceed expectations while creating opportunities for succession talent
· Work closely with product development, sales, and other senior executives to create demand and recognition for the company and its products
· Lead generation and sales enablement:
o Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and support the sales team in closing deals
o Ensure marketing initiatives contribute 30% of the sales pipeline at scale
o Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance the sales process through effective marketing support to increase customer conversion rate and reduce cycle time by stage
o Utilize data and analytics to track the success of lead generation and sales enablement efforts, make adjustments as necessary
· Oversee the development and strengthening of the Point C brand, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints
· Lead brand integration efforts post-acquisition, ensuring seamless transitions and unified brand messaging
· Leverage data analytics and digital tools to optimize marketing campaigns and measure performance
Qualifications:
· 10+ years in marketing roles with 3+ years at a senior management level
· University degree or college diploma
· A track record of performance excellence meeting targets and objectives
· Strong analytical, planning, forecasting, and budgeting/financial skills
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Respected and outstanding leadership skills that motivate staff to exceed expectations
· The ability to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team and focuses their energy on achieving business goals
· The ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes
· Proven ability to lead a proactive marketing team and ensure accountability for results that maximize contribution to business objectives
Work Environment:
Fully remote, flexibility with schedule around general business hours. Must have reliable internet and familiarity with digital platforms.
