Join Our Team as a Lifecycle Marketing Manager!
We are seeking a highly-motivated Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Tangelo, you will own the execution, evaluation, and iteration of digital customer engagements throughout our food as medicine programs nationwide. Key Responsibilities
- Own the implementation of customer-facing program engagements through our proprietary food as medicine platform, Intercom, and other marketing tools
- Build and manage a comprehensive library of member engagements that are used across food as medicine programs running on our platform
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to develop strategies that improve customer acquisition, reduce churn, and enhance customer loyalty
- Monitor and report on engagement campaign performance regularly, and improve performance to hit KPIs through A/B testing, trend analysis, and continuous iteration
- Work closely with team stakeholders including product, design, customer support, fulfillment, & account management, to continuously improve customer experiences
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices; and continually improve your skill set and optimize your workflows as AI tools become more advanced
- Monitor and report on competitor practices and product offerings to inform a best-in-class experience for our customers
- Assist our marketing team in development of marketing materials, planning and execution of events, and other acquisition-related activities
Requirements
- 4+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, preferably at a SaaS or tech startup (B2C experience a plus)
- Experience owning in-app, text, and email programs, including building, implementing, measuring, and iterating
- Excellent business analytics skills, able to pull and analyze data, and report on campaigns and experiments.
- Ability to work independently and navigate cross-functional teams
- Knowledge and understanding of Intercom, Contentful, Figma, and monday.com or similar softwares
