As a Associate Strategist - Lifecycle Marketing at Structured you would be on the pathway of growth to become a Lifecycle Marketing Strategist. In this role you will be front and center with client communication, writing strategic briefs, project managing, seeking approvals and pushing revisions, building emails, coding, QAing and deploying campaigns. In addition, managing client expectations and ensuring that clients always feel in the know, up to date and confident in our work and our results is a big part of success in the role.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Lifecycyle Marketing Strategist in managing daily operations of the lifecycle marketing channel – marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as A/B testing, measurement and reporting
- Writing strategic briefs for emails, SMS campaigns in full detail
- Oversight over the ESP, ensure everything is working, data is flowing,
- Coordination and collaboration between our internal team (designers, copywriters, strategists) and clients. Make sure everyone's on the same page to ensure that assets are completed precisely as specified to achieve the desired results.
- Manage email sends, handling tasks such as creating advanced segments, quality assurance, scheduling, and deploying both email and SMS campaigns in alignment with the content calendar.
- Arrange, plan, and lead client meetings as necessary.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports to convey performance metrics to both internal and client teams.
- Effectively oversee the client's campaign calendar, handling approvals, managing revisions, and ensuring timely and precise delivery of campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- 1+ years of experience in email + SMS marketing production, preferably in an agency setting
- Familiarity with with HTML/CSS, email coding Required
- Hands on keyboards experience working with a variety of platforms (Klaviyo, Customer.io, Sendlane, Braze, Attentive, Postscript, etc.,) a plus
- Extremely organized and adept at managing multiple priorities with a disciplined approach. Skilled in project management and proficient in communicating openly with various stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of ownership, capable of working independently in a fast-paced, agency setting.
