Structured is looking for a strategic and results-driven Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to join our high performance team. This is the role for you if you are passionate about lifecycle marketing, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and timelines.
As a Lifecycle Marketing Strategist at Structured you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of email, SMS, referral, rewards and other customer retention and acquisition programs for our clients. The right person for this role is data and customer obsessed and highly motivated. You have a proven track record for developing programs that drive cohort retention, engagement, and brand loyalty on behalf of ecommerce brands. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the lifecycle marketing channel – marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email and SMS campaigns, as well as the A/B testing, measurement and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Instill best practices into the email and retention programs, including automation, triggered campaigns, template development, dynamic content, personalization, retargeting and more.
- Seek innovative ways to make the customer journey more personalized and omnichannel.
- Accountability and ownership while proactively evaluating creative solutions that are tailored to each client’s unique business objectives and challenges.
- Utilize customer data and segmentation techniques to personalize communication and marketing campaigns, ensuring relevance and effectiveness
- Oversee the customer journey, identifying opportunities to enhance touchpoints, drive engagement, and improve conversion
- Analyze customer behavior, engagement patterns, and purchase history to derive actionable insights and make data-driven recommendations for improving customer retention and loyalty
- Monitor and report on performance/KPIs, consumer behavior, and online trends; provide benchmarks and competitive analysis
- Build and manage automated email and SMS marketing programs for our clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurement
- Use data to continuously test, measure and optimize the email marketing program
- Deliver reporting metrics, key learnings and strategic recommendations to clients
Preferred Role Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in email marketing strategy, production and end-to-end campaign management
- Strong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordingly
- Hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar
- SMS experience
- Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approaches.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding
- Strong communication, rapport building and presentation skills, as well as the ability to navigate difficult conversations
