The Marketing Account Manager position is a mid to senior-level client-facing service position within LAIRE. You will be a point of contact for a portfolio of 8-10 clients, managing the day-to-day communications and project management of their marketing activities.
You will be in charge of attracting website traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers for our clients. The ideal candidate will also help refine our reporting process to present more impactful reporting to clients.
You have a track record of innovation and marketing experimentation, with clear examples of ways you have successfully driven demand that is different from the status quo.
You will be integral in developing strategic digital marketing plans to help our clients achieve their goals, including tactics in social media, content marketing, digital advertising and website management.
You must be an excellent communicator with both clients and the LAIRE team.
Core Responsibilities:
Understand clients' businesses, goals, and challenges
Communicate via phone/email/video conference with clients on a bi-weekly basis
Delegate workload to appropriate departments/specialists
Manage project timelines and ensure the team is meeting deadlines
Provide new project ideas for our sales team to upsell to the client
Ensure client satisfaction and client retention
Expand client relationships by growing services delivered and revenues generated within accounts
Build strong relationships between clients and LAIRE
Role Opportunities:
Conduct client strategy and update meetings on a monthly basis
Create project schedules, coordinate deliverables, and budgets, and facilitate resources for your portfolio of clients
Organize and archive all client marketing materials
Perform channel and portal audits to identify areas of opportunity
Analyze key performance indicators and adjust the plan and tactics as needed
Monitor client websites and relevant industry sites for activity and cross-promotional opportunities
Utilize and delegate specialized tasks to team members in support roles
Report to senior-level team members your clients’ needs and successes
Represent the company at a variety of business development or networking opportunities
Conduct research of social media marketplace for preparation of new client proposals
Interact with the sales team to vet prospective clients and conduct presentations for prospects
Contribute to LAIRE’s marketing content (blogs, content offers, and social media, etc.)

5+ years of Marketing or relevant experience
Successfully growing relationships and creating client success.
Operating in an Agile/Scrum work delivery format.
Marketing automation software such as HubSpot, Active Campaign, Infusionsoft, Marketo, Pardot, etc.
Minimum Inbound Marketing Certification must be obtained from HubSpot Academy prior to job start.
Creating client presentations in PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar.
Reporting and analyzing results of KPIs through Google Analytics and channel insights.
Help to manage the Marketing Action Plan (MAP) strategy process for new clients.
Assist in the creation of project timelines and maintain schedules for clients during the 4-week onboarding process.
Help to manage the LAIRE team and to execute the components that they will be responsible for within the MAP, such as sections on SEO, buyer personas, content plan, social media, paid ads, and website audit.
Work with the design and content team to ensure LAIRE is continually improving the marketing audit workshop and Marketing Action Plan deliverables.
Manage competitor research and customer persona interview research during the MAP process.

Work Environment
This job requires a person to work business hours remotely, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm EST, with occasional evening or weekend work.
We are a collaborative team and often have virtual teamwork sessions. Your workspace will be remote in your home or private office setting, but you are required to be accessible to the team during business hours through Zoom calls, Slack, and email.
