We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our cutting-edge team at OSSA.AI. In this role, you'll work closely with our CEO, who has amassed over 7 million followers and 4 billion+ views, and our skilled video editor to develop and execute compelling content and effective growth strategies across multiple social media platforms. As the successful candidate, you'll have the unique opportunity to collaborate with our CEO, known for his innovative and unconventional approach to marketing and growth, which has established OSSA.AI as one of the fastest-growing AI-video generation startups in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our presence on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Oversee our Skool community and Facebook group
- Collaborate with the CEO on content and growth strategies
- Analyze data and provide insights for growth
- Create compelling copy and visuals for social media posts
- Design graphics for marketing materials (posts, videos, newsletters, articles)
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices
- Engage with our audience and build a loyal community
- Work with CEO to leverage his personal socials to drive traffic to OSSA.AI and OSSA.AI socials
Requirements:
- Proven success in managing and scaling social media for brands
- Experience in building and growing online communities
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Knowledge of social media advertising and management tools
- Creative mindset and passion for social media trends
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
