Role Overview:
We’re seeking an Executive Marketing Manager who thrives on supporting leadership and bringing the founder’s vision to life. This role requires unwavering commitment, exceptional attention to detail, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Work in close partnership with the founder to understand and execute brand and marketing strategies
- Proactively anticipate the founder’s needs and provide comprehensive support across all marketing functions
- Manage and coordinate marketing projects with a keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence
- Ensure brand consistency and uphold the founder’s vision across all touchpoints
- Conduct thorough market research to support the founder’s strategic decisions
- Provide detailed, timely reports on marketing performance to aid in decision-making
- Facilitate seamless communication between the founder and other team members or external partners
- Manage marketing budget with utmost care and efficiency
- Stay ahead of industry trends to provide valuable insights to the founder
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in ecommerce or DTC industries
- Proven track record of successfully supporting executive-level initiatives
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication abilities with a focus on active listening
- Strong analytical skills with a commitment to data-driven decision support
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Has an eye for good design and branding
- Experience in executing high-priority projects with discretion and attention to detail
