Skan is recruiting an innovative and execution-oriented Director of Growth Marketing to plan, build, and run inbound and outbound digital and account-based marketing programs to drive and accelerate pipeline growth and conversion. As Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for working cross-functionally to build, execute, and track inbound and outbound marketing programs that drive awareness, generate quality demand for Skan, and convert that demand into customers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with a unique combination of experience with ABX/ABM, webinar and field event planning and execution, building out programs/emails in HubSpot, managing direct mail and content syndication programs, digital advertisement, email marketing, content creation, and other relevant disciplines. Attention to detail, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, high-quality standards, a positive attitude, and the ability to hit the ground running are a must.

Strategic Marketing and Campaign Management{{:}} Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives, including demand generation and ABM/ABX campaigns, in collaboration with key stakeholders. Build and manage multi-channel campaigns to drive demand, leveraging platforms for email, DSP, PPC, and social ads. Engage key audiences to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
Data Analysis and Performance Reporting{{:}} Construct segmentation and audience lists for personalized campaigns. Analyze marketing campaign performance and build KPI reports to guide iterative improvements. Provide data-driven insights for campaign planning and optimization.
Content Development and Syndication{{:}} Collaborate with marketing teams to create and manage diverse content plans, including social posts, articles, videos, and gated content. Manage content syndication programs to acquire new leads and maintain high-quality lead standards.
Event and Webinar Planning/Execution{{:}} Plan and execute quarterly in-person ABM events and develop webinar strategies that align with pipeline development goals. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution from start to finish.
Sales and CRM Coordination{{:}} Support sales and SDR teams with strategic prioritization of outbound efforts, account selection, and execution of outbound campaigns. Create and manage a monthly sales sprint calendar in the CRM, aligning with demand generation programs to optimize sales efforts.
Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication{{:}} Work closely with product marketing, sales, SDRs, and digital marketing teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and content dissemination. Foster strong relationships with various teams to support lead nurturing, conversion, and overall customer journey.
Leadership and Team Interaction{{:}} Evangelize direct mail programs and other innovative strategies within sales and SDR teams. Lead by example in building relationships across teams, including Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Customer Marketing.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in field marketing / demand generation / growth marketing / ABM with SaaS Software experience (preferred)
BA/BS required with a marketing background (preferred)
Hubspot proficiency is required
Experience using account-based marketing platforms (Zoominfo MarketingOS, Rollworks, 6Sense, Demandbase, Terminus, etc)
Experienced marketer with a track record of contributing to pipeline growth and MQL/SQL conversion
Accountable and service-minded, with maturity and respect for colleagues
Demonstrable skills in strategic planning, project management, and execution
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to take analyzed data to drive strategic decisions

Industry experience in process mining, task mining, intelligent automation sectors
A track record of success in well-funded early-stage SaaS companies or Series B technology companies

The US on-target compensation range for this full-time position is $130k to USD 140k + Variable 10k. Actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, job-related skills, and experience. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and equity.
