SUMMARY
This role reports to the CEO of the Lifestyle Division and will support the three Vice Presidents of Marketing of the Lifestyle Division. This position also works closely with the Marketing Managers and the licensors’ Digital Marketing and Media teams and with key markets to ensure their needs are understood and met with global assets.
The Director is an expert brand builder who can navigate and manage complex brand licensing and internal/external relationships. The Director oversees the day-to-day management of our PR and Influencer activities and manages the budget and critical vendor partnerships, including the public relations and influencer agencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: In close collaboration with the Marketing Vice Presidents, Marketing Managers and the licensors Digital Teams, you are responsible for:
- Create, edit, and develop all the creative assets for marketing, brand, trade teams in line with brand’s DNA and markets’ needs, in collaboration with Marketing Vice Presidents.
- Provide professional advice and guidance on developing engaging and relevant social media content to our distributors and our brands.
- Lead and follow-up of the different stages of production of assets from the creative exchanges on the concept and intentions to the post-production (retouching, editing, etc.) of assets with external creative studios until delivery of assets to the relevant teams.
- Write copy across all marketing channels, including website copy, email campaigns, blog posts, video scripts, digital and print ads, etc.
- Monitor the implementation and consistency of the annual content production roadmap.
- Analyze the performance and ROI of the contents produced.
- Carry out digital monitoring of new formats/practices in this field to feed internal teams and propose innovative, affinity-based and engaging digital and visual content that contributes to the brands’ creative footprints.
- Build the relevant digital strategy for each brand, and for new launches and existing lines
- Define and execute social media strategy
- Originate recommendations for paid media
- Develop all digital assets
- Orchestrating digital media campaigns & innovative media technics
- Elaborate and implement the digital toolkit, and supporting adoption by distributors and retailers
- Defining the relevant touch points with final consumers
- Consolidating and tracking performance of digital activities
- Manage and maintain owned social media channels
Media
- Lead development, implementation and optimization of paid media campaigns in collaboration with Vice Presidents of Marketing
- Manage Media Partners and Media Vendors and will lead paid media efforts across all Lifestyle Fragrance brands and ALL Media types (national, and retail media)
- Work collaboratively across the organization to drive integrated marketing plans across all consumer touchpoints
- Establish media KPIs, lead key media metrics development and generate recommendations to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage media budget in collaboration with VPs of Marketing and Finance. Internal point person for all media invoicing, and vendor payments
- Lead media strategies and media planning across all Lifestyle Fragrances brands in collaboration with Vice Presidents of Marketing and manage Media Agency relationship
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Media Management or related field
- 10-12 years of experience
- Experience working with social engagement tools & platforms
- Experience managing Social Media and Advertsiing Agencies
- Experience managing multiple budgets
- A proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Proven track record of success
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
- Collaborative influencing and leadership skills as evidenced by the ability to motivate and build consensus and partnerships
