Role Description
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote ModuleMD’s products and services. This individual will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare technology and a proven track record in marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote ModuleMD
- Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and webinars.
- Plan and execute events and webinars to engage with prospective clients and demonstrate the benefits of ModuleMD’s solutions.
- Design and produce marketing materials using tools like Photoshop and Canva.
- Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Organize and participate in tradeshows, conferences, and other industry events to promote ModuleMD’s solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted marketing materials
- Create and distribute print media materials as part of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Optimize SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization, to improve online visibility and drive traffic. Utilize and manage SEO tools such as Yoast for optimizing website content.
- Manage and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Utilize HubSpot for email campaign strategy, automation, and analytics.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure ModuleMD remains at the forefront of healthcare technology marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Should have 3-5 years of experience in healthcare marketing and an understanding of the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Canva.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO best practices.
- Experience with HubSpot for email campaign strategy, automation, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in organizing and participating in tradeshows and industry events.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
