▶ About This Opportunity
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Director Of Gulp Media Network, 7-Elevens Retail Media division. You and your team will oversee planning, execution, and reporting of advertising campaigns for Gulp Media Network. You will manage the relationship with vendors, merchants and GMN sales organization to ensure alignment with objectives and company strategies.
You thrive working in a fast paced retail environment and driving large-scale changes across your organization and influencing stakeholders. Strong background in media planning, buying and deep understanding of retail industry and digital advertising landscape is a must.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Lead the strategic oversight of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial efficiency
- Lead all sales funnel management to hit revenue targets
- Develop cross-channel planning, bridging the gap between 7-Eleven teams, including Brand, C-Shopper, Shopper Marketing, Merchandising, Joint Business Planning teams and execution team
- Select, manage and drive execution agencies, to ensure campaign optimization of multi-channel advertising campaigns, including radio, in-store programmatic and pump screens
- Establish and maintain a performance monitoring framework, delivering actionable insights an strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- Champion a data-driven culture, utilizing analytics to inform and optimize media strategy and execution
- Act as the primary strategic contact for vendors and agencies, fostering collaborative partnerships and aligning media initiatives with organizational objectives
- Advocate for the strategic integration for retail media insights, enhancing business decisions and strategic planning
