Overview: Reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Manager, the Associate Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the brand strategy for Beko, a leading global home appliance brand known for innovation and quality. This dynamic position requires a creative and strategic thinker with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in brand management, a proven track record of successful brand campaigns, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy and Communication:
- Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Manager to contribute to the development and execution of the brand-building strategy and integrated communication initiatives
- Assist managing overall brand architecture and messaging for Beko US brands, across all channels including campaigns, website, social media, events, email marketing and other marketing activities.
- Adapt global projects, campaigns, and initiatives to the US market, tailoring them to resonate with the target audiences to increase brand awareness
- Follow performance targets and drive promotional/category level performance of marketing activities
- Creative Production Oversight:
- Oversee the end-to-end creative production process, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Support the content creation process for brand and product communication, collaborating with local and global teams on visuals, videos, catalogues, and BTL materials
- Drive the creation of detailed, data backed briefs (around consumer insights, pricing, forecasting, promotions, operations, sales, marketing/advertising and creative) to deliver a clear vision for the future Beko
- Agency Management & Collaboration:
- Lead a cross-agency team, including creative, social, media, and PR, to develop breakthrough communications that enhance brand equity and drive long-term business growth.
- Actively collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Global Marketing, After Sales, as well as key leaders in our Sales organization to ensure alignment of our brand across all marketing activities for Beko
- Work cross functionally across departments, as necessary, to ensure the brand is represented according to defined guidelines
- Budget Management:
- Support in managing the overall brand communications budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact and return on investment. Ensure cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives without compromising on quality or impact
- PR:
- Assist in the creation and/or review of all external and internal press releases, press kits, messaging strategies, position statements, and media pitches. Organize and manage media activities to enhance brand visibility and reputation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management
- Proven background and experience in planning and executing brand campaigns, ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and project management skills
- Team collaborator with a desire to work cross functionally.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
