Interested in entertainment production, particularly in the art department, art direction, and production design? Have an eye for social media trends and love capturing content? Onni Creative is looking for a Fall 2024 Social Media Intern! As a Social Media Intern, you'll work closely with our Digital Media Manager to develop engaging content for the fastest growing cinema + entertainment marketing agency.
Internship will run from September 9th - Dec 13th, 2024 (9/3-12/13). This internship is for College/University credit (non-paid). This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of entertainment production while honing your skills in content creation and social media marketing.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support the strategy and planning of all social media campaigns for Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Research as needed and monitor trends across all platforms
- Assist in scripting video content for promotional materials and informational videos
- Aid in scouting filming locations and capturing social media content
- Edit static and motion video content using graphic design + video editing software
- Actively participate in content videos, showcasing enthusiasm and creativity
- Organizing individual tasks and filtering tasks as needed using Asana (project management tool)
- Help execute company and client marketing strategies and promotions
- Act responsibly with confidential/sensitive information (signed NDA / Social Media Policy required)
Qualifications + Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program at an accredited College or University
- Must have transportation access to Los Angeles Metro area for in-person days
- Available to work for up to 10-15 hours/week
- Strong research skills with a keen eye for social media trends and audience engagement
- Proficiency in graphic design software for editing static content
- Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere) for editing video content
- Comfortable in front of the camera with a natural ability to engage viewers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in entertainment production, particularly in the art department, art direction, and production design
