Mural Health is a fast-growing clinical technology start-up that makes clinical trials easier for participants. Our mission is to eliminate any barriers participants or caregivers experience while being part of a clinical trial. Mural Health is looking to expand our team with a Marketing Content Manager.

You will:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase awareness and engagement with Mural Health’s mission and solution
- Manage and maintain social media profiles across platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the community
- Content Creation:
- Own the first draft of Mural Health’s content creation, including sales collateral, newsletters, website updates, and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the team to generate new content ideas that align with our product releases, market trends, perspective, and key focus areas
- Ensure all content is consistent with our voice, style, messaging, and what our users, customers, and industry care about
- Broader Marketing Support
- Act as a team player who is willing to step outside the immediate scope of work and support other marketing needs in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. Such areas may include conference and event support, award submissions, and marketing performance tracking
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3-4 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on social media and/or content creation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, and ability to drive projects forward from strategy creation to execution and tracking
- Enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passionate about Mural’s mission and making it easier to be a clinical trial participant
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content management tools
- Experience working with marketing management tools (e.g., Hubspot Marketing Hub and Content Hub) and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva)
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Clinical trials or health tech experience is a plus!
