We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team! This individual will have experience in all digital marketing areas, with a high focus on SEO, PPC, and Strategy.
The ideal candidate should be organized, detailed-oriented, and able to multitask. You should be able to work in a team-oriented, professional environment but also be able to work autonomously. Candidates should be deadline-driven and creative thinkers. Relevant coursework or previous work experience is required.
Essential Functions: - Manage up to up to 15 digital marketing accounts.
- Ability to effectively contribute to the building and execution of pay-per-click (PPC) and paid social media campaigns.
- Responsible for client monthly marketing update.
- Ability to manage the digital ad spend within Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta (Facebook).
- Ability to effectively contribute to the building and execution of emails in HubSpot, and High Level.
- Ability to effectively contribute to the creation and execution of social media campaigns for Marketopia and its clients
- Ability to create custom SEO reports for clients
- Ability to create custom sitemaps for website builds
- Prepare and present monthly digital marketing recommendations to the client.
- Partner with Data Specialists on launch of email marketing lists and campaigns.
- Ensure client satisfaction with regard to areas of opportunities or client needs
- Conduct client facing meetings in-person or over video conference.
- Partner with the Client Success Coach in creating Annual Strategic Marketing Plans
- Ongoing training to increase knowledge in marketing
- Attend events to develop professional knowledge.
- Develop marketing campaign proposals for current
- Explain financial information and implications of paid media campaigns to customers.
- Gather customer or product information to determine customer needs.
- Recommend digital products or services to customers.
- Other duties as assigned
Education and experience - A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management or similar
- 3+ years of successful digital marketing experience
- Basic understanding of all digital marketing specialties – SEO, Email, Social Media, SEM, Paid Social
- Capable of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously while working in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Aptitude to generating excitement in prospects to encourage them to invest in their own success.
