Job Summary
As an Event Operations Assistant at Haute Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting our event operations initiatives. The Event Operations Assistant will assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of event logistics. Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site setup.
- Support the Event Operations Assistant team in managing event timelines and budgets.
- Help prepare event materials, such as schedules, programs, and promotional items.
- Coordinate event registration and attendee management.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain event databases and contact lists.
- Collaborate with the Event Operations Assistant team to develop engaging and effective event strategies.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for events.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in event operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in event operations and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Previous experience or internships in event planning or coordination is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
