Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Global E-Commerce at Luxury Recruit International. Based in Hong Kong, this role is open to international candidates. The Vice President of Global E-Commerce will be responsible for marketing, new business development, e-commerce, sales, and business development in the luxury industry. The role will be located in the Hong Kong.

Role Summary: The Vice President of Global E-Commerce Expansion will play a pivotal role in driving the digital expansion efforts of our client's brand across international markets, with a core focus on managing the .com platform. Reporting to the executive team, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize online sales, enhance customer experience, and maintain brand equity across global e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive international e-commerce strategy to drive growth across all key markets, with a primary focus on managing the .com platform.
- Lead and manage the online sales team, overseeing international online operations and ensuring alignment with global brand objectives.
- Utilize Shopify experience and expertise in managing the .com platform effectively, optimizing sales processes and customer interactions.
- Implement online sales best practices, leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance sales processes and customer engagement.
- Utilize software and AI tools such as chatbots, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems to drive e-commerce performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide strong leadership to motivate and guide the team towards achieving set goals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive results and achieve business objectives.
- Utilize data analysis to make informed decisions, focusing on results and continuously optimizing e-commerce performance.
- Fluency in English (oral and written), with knowledge of other languages being a plus.
Profile:
- University degree in Business, eCommerce, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 12 years of robust experience in e-commerce, with a strong focus on managing the .com platform and international online operations.
- Proven experience managing online sales teams and driving e-commerce growth on a global scale.
- Expertise in Shopify and familiarity with software and AI tools used in e-commerce, such as chatbots, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving set goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
