Position Overview:
The VP Dealer Subscription is a senior leadership role reporting to the CEO. This role will lead the strategy, management, and execution of the dealer subscription product, ensuring robust revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, product innovation, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction. This role will involve cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and the drive to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) as outlined.
What you will do:
1. Customer Acquisition & Retention
- Develop and execute Dealer subscription strategies to drive subscription sales for software and marketing services
- Scale customers from 100 in year one to 1000 by year three.
- Maintain CAC and CLTV metrics, with churn rates below 7% monthly and 20% annually.
2. Revenue Growth
- Achieve 100% ARR and 10% MRR growth
- Implement strategic plans to maximize revenue.
3. Product Development & Innovation
- Minimize time to market and allocate revenue to R&D.
- Launch significant new features/products annually.
4. Operational Efficiency
- Ensure website delivery within 4 weeks and 80-hour budget.
- Optimize expenses and improve processes.
5. Customer Satisfaction & Experience
- Improve NPS and CSAT scores.
- Minimize response time and act on customer feedback.
6. Extensive travel within the US and across borders to achieve goals

Qualifications:
- Passion for helping small businesses to drive revenue growth with an understanding of what drives small businesses and understanding of software/marketing subscriptions.
- Proven experience rolling up the sleeves and wear multiple hats in a small business environment.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within subscription-based businesses.
- Strong track record of achieving revenue growth and customer acquisition targets.
