Greenfly is a B2B SaaS company working with the biggest sports and entertainment around the globe. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Greenfly, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions for our enterprise SaaS platform.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in executing our digital marketing strategy, with a focus on social media marketing, email marketing, events, and ABM campaigns. This position requires a creative thinker with a passion for sports, excellent communication skills, and the ability to craft compelling content. The ideal candidate will be a versatile marketer who can adapt to various tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media: Own the end-to-end success of social media channels. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across our social media platforms. Monitor activity and analyze performance to inform the optimization of strategies and content
- Event Management: Coordinate and manage the company's presence at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to ensure we maximize our team's efforts on the ground and any sponsorship activations
- Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage prospects. Track and analyze email campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Sales Marketing: Collaborate with VP of Marketing and Product Marketing to create and execute digital marketing and ABM campaigns to accelerate pipeline
- Paid Advertising: Collaborate with our paid media specialist to help plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn
- Content Creation: Write, design and create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels
- General Marketing Support: Assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices, especially social media
- Excellent writing skills and proficiency in design for social media content
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for sports and understanding of the sports industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using Canva and other graphic design tools
- Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools such as Marketo and GA4 will help you stand out

- Cash Compensation: A competitive compensation of $70,000 - $85,000. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience
