Good Moose is a remote-first agency headquartered in NYC. We are ideally looking for candidates in the tri-state area who can come to the office as needed for client & team meetings.
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who has a passion for driving business results and growth for brands. In this role, you'll be a part of a growing media team that primarily focuses on driving conversions and revenue, but also helps define a full-funnel marketing approach as needed for various clients. In this position, you will gain unparalleled exposure to the entire brand process, from pre-launch to scaling, and build extensive knowledge of best practices in the media industry. Responsibilities:
- Digital Media Management & Execution: Support digital campaign activations, strategy, optimizations, reporting, and analysis, focusing on improving results across tactics to meet client’s goals.
- Client Management: Serve as support to our client partners. Work closely with team leads to efficiently manage day-to-day responsibilities and workflow of client deliverables internally and externally. Educate both client and internal teams on latest trends, best practices, technologies etc. (This position offers the opportunity to engage and work directly with senior brand leadership - from Investors to Board Members and CEOs - to help identify and build exciting growth strategies.)
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Analysis: Work closely with internal teams including analytics, ad operations, and creatives to help define testing agendas and analyze KPIs in order to improve performance and deliver on revenue goals. Utilize analytics platforms to develop insights and action items intended to increase our clients’ revenues.
- Strategic Thinking: Work closely with our internal team to continuously think outside of the box to improve performance. You’re always brainstorming new ways to improve cost per acquisition and revenue numbers for our clients’ brands with which you work.
Qualifications:
- Paid Search / Social Planning & Execution Experience: 1-3 years of digital media planning, buying management and digital activation experience primarily focusing on setting up and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns within Google and Meta. (Additional platforms / channel experiences, including but not limited to email marketing, CTV/OTT, programmatic, influencers, audio, etc. are a huge plus!)
- Client-Facing Capability: You are an exceptional communicator with an astute understanding of how internal brand teams work and how best to work with and build successful relationships with those team members.
- Analytical Ability: You have strong experience with data analytics and an understanding of budget pacing and billing. You have a clear understanding of how to read data in order to build insights and make recommendations. You are also able to understand how best to visualize and deliver those insights and recommendations to clients, based on what KPIs are most relevant to them and how they process and prefer information.
- Direct Response Experience: You have a strong direct-response, lower funnel-focused background, driving relevant business results for clients. You have a thorough understanding of best-in-class practices for these tactics.
- Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills: You exhibit consistent exceptional attention to detail with sharp organizational skills for this role. You are a creative problem solver with a proactive and results driven mindset.

Good Moose is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $55,000-75,000/year. This position is eligible for the benefits listed above. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
