Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of E-commerce and Digital Marketing to lead our expansion efforts. This role will be pivotal in scaling our Amazon sales to $100 million+ and driving growth across other e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to expand sales channels, including Amazon, Shopify, and other platforms.
- Lead and scale Amazon sales, optimizing product listings, pricing strategies, and customer engagement to achieve $100M+ revenue targets.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, and affiliate marketing, to drive traffic and conversion.
- Collaborate with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure seamless product availability and fulfillment.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce and digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven technical track record of scaling Amazon sales to $50M+ and managing large-scale e-commerce operations.
- Deep technical understanding of digital marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Experience in the floral, gardening, or decor industry is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
WORK MODE: Hybrid, with bi-weekly payment.
