The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing Director in the development and execution of marketing and business development initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support communications, creative content development, marketing analytics, and business development initiatives. This role requires a creative, strategic thinker with strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing and sales support, excellent communication abilities, and an understanding of the full spectrum of the marketing function.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute Cold Outreach Program via ZoomInfo and Reply.io
- Photograph and edit new product samples
- Support with research on emerging brands and regional marketing studies and data on trends, product launches, and competition
- Support with copywriting as needed for various marketing content, including email marketing
- Support on thecreation and maintenance of marketing collateral, including presentations, sell-sheets, and case studies
- Support thedesign and development of creative assets as needed (ad creative, mock ups, 3D renderings, comps, etc…)
- Coordinate set up of advertising campaigns, and the design and build of the Marketing Newsletter
- Support with Event and Trade Show preparation
- Compile data from across marketing channels and assist with tracking lead lifecycle
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new products for marketing
- Support on website content maintenance – i.e. updating product catalog, adding press releases, and case studies
- Develop and distribute internal update on new productions monthly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and sales support roles
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Understand of digital marketing channels, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools to manage leads and campaigns effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach to marketing and sales support.
- Experience with WordPress is a plus
- Knowledge of the cosmetic and fragrance market is a plus.
- Experience with business development tools such as Reply.io and Zoominfo is a plus.
