POSITION SUMMARY:
The Awe Inspired Brand Manager plays a key role within the Awe team, assisting our founder and CEO across key marketing tentpoles: brand collaborations and partnerships, ambassador and influencer programming, celeb seeding, PR/editorial outreach, and experiential marketing. This role will help amplify our brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through innovative storytelling and culture hacking.
The Brand Manager has both the aptitude for seamless brand communications and commands an elevated taste, behaving as an outward-facing brand ambassador throughout all collaborations. This team member helps us stay at the forefront of cultural, consumer, and category trends in fashion, wellness, luxury, and spirituality. This role will be working 2-3 days a week out of our Hollywood office and must currently live within comfortable commuting distance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project manage all brand, press/PR, partnership, and influencer campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team and external agencies. Including vendor identification and partner/talent communication;
- Work cross-functionally with product and ops to execute all ambassador and influencer seeding;
- Partner with site, retention, acquisition, and product merchandising teammates to ensure our brand is cohesively represented across all marketing touch points;
- Develop and manage marketing plans of key tentpole experiential events;
- Partnering with our PR agency for all product pulls, managing product loans and building relationships with celebrities and talent;
- Deliver analytics for all brand marketing, including a breakdown of organic traffic by source, EMV, and ROI.
- Manage the team budget and ensure internal experiential events tracker and larger marketing team tracker are accurate and up to date.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required: 4+ years of experience in brand marketing at a luxury accessories, fashion, beauty, or wellness brand, or at a related PR or brand marketing agency. Luxury and/or DTC experience a huge plus;
- Fluency with influencer and creator recruiting platforms like Aspire (our current partner);
- Experience analyzing marketing data and reporting on insights. Must have a strong understanding of the role brand awareness plays in the marketing funnel and how to drive EMV and ROI;
- Must have experience managing marketing budgets;
- Deadline driven, can work under pressure and under tight deadlines;
- Organized, self-starter, collaborative, team player;
- Social media native, fluent in influencer content creation;
