About the Role
Cupshe is seeking an innovative and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage and elevate our Instagram presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing Instagram content that aligns with Cupshe's brand voice and goals with a focus on engagement, growth, and impact. This role requires a creative mindset, analytical skills, and the ability to stay ahead of social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning:
- Develop and maintain an Instagram content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and seasonal promotions.
- Coordinate with creative and brand teams to produce visually appealing and cohesive content, including posts, stories, and reels.
Strategy Development:
- Create and implement social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and boost brand awareness.
- Stay informed on the latest trends, tools, and updates in social media, especially Instagram, to ensure Cupshe remains competitive and innovative.
Community Management:
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster a sense of community and maintain a strong brand presence.
- Engage with followers, influencers, and other accounts to drive interaction and build relationships.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, PR, and product teams to align on social content that supports broader brand objectives.
- Collaborate with influencers and partners for campaigns and special projects.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze Instagram metrics and performance data to inform content strategy and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights to guide future content and strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management with a focus on Instagram.
- Strong understanding of social media strategy, planning, and analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, third-party platforms like Later).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
