Now, we’re looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team and help share our story with the world!
Who you are:
As the Social Media Manager at Re-Play, you’ll be the voice of our brand across all social media platforms. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy that aligns with our mission and engages our growing community of eco-conscious parents, caregivers, and daycare providers. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of social media trends. You’ll work closely with our brand and creative teams to create content that drives brand awareness, fosters engagement, and ultimately, grows our loyal customer base. Since this is a remote position, it’s important that you’re self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with our team.
Social Media Strategy & Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Re-Play’s brand values and business goals.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase Re-Play’s social media presence.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize content and strategy.
- Manage the content budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize reach and engagement.
Social Media Engagement, Influencer Marketing, Expert Partnerships, and Community Building:
- Create and curate engaging on-brand and on-trend content (graphics, UGC, videos, etc) across all social media platforms, including Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube and more.
- Manage social media accounts, including content posting, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Foster and grow an online community by actively responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Identify and engage with influencers and loyal brand advocates to amplify our reach and impact.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure content supports overall business objectives.
- Partner with the ecomm and performance marketing team, as needed, on content requirements and harmonization across channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media innovations, and best practices to keep content strategies current and effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the consumer goods or children’s products industry.
- Strong graphic design skills, with experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
