Mission
Assist in Business Development and the growth of Malherbe NY in the US and North America.
This is a NEW YORK CITY based position.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
The BDR will work closely within our Commercial team, taking part in Business Development, Commercial support and related admin to enlarge prospection outreach and client portfolios.
You will assist in all preliminary business development phases from initial prospection including pre-meeting preparations, meetings documentation and up to signing the deal !
Business Development (80%)
– Prospection & Outreach
- Volume Outreach Plan (email & phone)
- Conversion to meeting
- Target Outreach plan (identify potential brands, movements & opportunities)
– Data Consolidation & Weekly reports
– Business Reviews with Account Executive & Commercial Leads.
Commercial Support & Commercial Administration (20%)
– Market research, studies, presentation decks and documentation
– Meeting Preparation & meeting admin (Minutes, Presentation decks, Get Smart decks)
– Assist in replies to RFP/RFQ , commercial + fee proposals and bids preparation.
– Assist in exciting meetings, learn about the company, meet important people, evolve & grow

Software Skills
– Excel & Google sheets.
– Keynote / PPT.
– CRM & Email Tracker.
– LinkedIn Premium.
– Excellent English (written & spoken).
– Previous experience is a plus.
