Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for driving the company's strategic growth initiatives, including scaling customer acquisition, optimizing retention, and enhancing overall business performance. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, e-commerce strategy & optimization, and data-driven decision-making to unlock new opportunities for revenue growth. The Head of Growth will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, and analytics, to design and execute strategies that fuel business expansion and ensure sustainable success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies across multiple channels (e.g., digital marketing, e-mail, partnerships, website optimization) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Lead initiatives to increase the company's revenue, market share, and customer lifetime value through innovative marketing and business development approaches
- Analyze and optimize customer funnels, identifying areas for improvement in the user journey to enhance conversion and retention rates
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure alignment between product features and growth initiatives, driving product-led growth

Requirements
- Proven experience in a high-growth environment, preferably within the E-commerce or Retail industry
- Strong background in growth marketing, product management, or business development, with a focus on driving user acquisition and revenue growth
