Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience, particularly in the digital marketing field, to lead our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital marketing, to enhance AAPRO Consulting’s brand and service visibility.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that align with our business goals and the needs of our clients.
Oversee all digital marketing channels (e.g., website, social media, email campaigns, paid ads) to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with recruiting objectives.
Analyze performance metrics and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and other marketing initiatives.
Lead branding efforts and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and materials.
Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities align with business goals.
