Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of the Kiss My Face brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the natural skincare, sun care, or beauty industry, extensive experience in marketing leadership, and a passion for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. This role will be crucial in shaping the company's Image, driving customer engagement, and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, product marketing, public relations, and market research.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, in the natural skincare, sun care, or beauty industry Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
