Peek is on a mission to create a better way to find home. We do so by bringing together unit level virtual touring, self guided touring, and AI into one cohesive platform, giving property owners and managers the ability to provide a digital journey from prospect to resident - an ‘ecommerce’ experience. Our software enables the renter to go from “I see this online, I'm interested in this property” to then move as far down that decision funnel as possible, all the way down to the application.
The Peek platform is a unique opportunity to work with the intersection of real estate, B2B SaaS and AI. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing product-focused content strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads. This role is also responsible for managing and producing content for sales enablement, email marketing and social media. Additionally, the Product Marketing Specialist will work closely with the sales team to create and execute campaigns that drive qualified opportunities with enterprise property owners and managers.
We're based in and have an office in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Preference will be given to candidates who are NYC based and willing to work from the Brooklyn office a couple days a week for in-person collaboration, but we are open to candidates looking for a remote role as well.
What you’ll do:
- Work directly with the Peek executive team in developing Peek’s brand and product messaging strategy
- Create and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy that attracts qualified buyers and enables our sales team to win a higher percentage of opportunities
- Gather input from customer facing teams at Peek to identify customer education, sales enablement gaps
- Identify messaging themes effective in new opportunity generation and opportunity conversion
- Produce/coordinate production of case studies, sales enablement collateral, editorials, infographics, videos and webinars
- Collaborate with executives on product launch strategy and coordinate product/feature launch messaging with Sales and Customer Experience teams
- Ensure brand and product messaging strategy is accurately embodied across all company content
- Conduct reviews of major marketing initiatives and events to gather feedback from internal stakeholders and measure impact
- Track and report key marketing KPIs to executive leadership
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 4+ years in product marketing, with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expertise in developing and executing product marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing outbound campaigns that drive leads and conversions
- Experience with account-based content and email marketing
- Strong project management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Job Compensation Range:
The base salary range for base for this role is $90,000 - $120,000. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for discretionary performance based compensation.
