Our growing company is looking for a Jr. Global Trade Marketing Manager to join our New York team. The Jr. Global Trade Marketing Manager coordinates the commercial trade-driven activations of multiple brands, ensuring timely delivery and implementation. This role will partner cross-functionally, at the global and regional level to support marketing executions and activations. This position reports to the Sr. Global Trade Marketing Manager.
This position is based in office from Mondays-Thursdays, and remote on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- As a support to Global Trade Marketing Team, analyze market trends and gather customer and consumer insights to propose new ideas and drive sales
- Assist in the development and execution of specific Global Merchandising guidelines adapted to the relevant markets
- Manage Global launch dates and ensure Global Trade Marketing documents are up to date with all recent changes and shifts
- Help curate retailer-specific presentations, including specific launch calendars/retailer-specific programs
- Assist the Global Marketing Managers with the execution of Trade Marketing sampling initiatives driving trial and brand awareness (Bazaarvoice, Digital/sampling campaigns, etc)
- Ensure the Creative Asset portal is up to date and organized consistently across all brands
- Handle and follow up on Creative Requests to ensure perfect implementation of activations in a timely manager
- Assist with collating and creating monthly recap (gather and analyze sales figures, follow up in gathering pictures of permanent spaces and animations/online activations)
- Provide SKU logistics information/ISU Forms/New Product Sheets to retailers and help the marketing team set up new items on retailer sites and monitor assortments at the retailer level
- Run bi-annual review of product page assets for dot.com/primary retailers identifying that brand presence remains best in class driving conversion
- Support internal price lists updates as needed
- Primary contact in ensuring press and lab samples are requested, delivered, and shipped out as necessary to all global partners
- Serve as key assistance in planning and execution of any annual events, seminars, and trade shows under direction of Global Trade Marketing Director
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
- 1-3 years of proven working experience in Trade or Operational Marketing within the Beauty or Luxury Goods industry
