Teens 4 Teens (T4T) is a youth-led nonprofit committed to empowering teens globally through peer-to-peer support and access to hygienic resources. With chapters spanning Germany, Liberia, Kenya, Peru, and the US, T4T fosters connection and community through initiatives such as pen pal programs, volunteer tutoring, fundraising, and impactful community service projects. Role Overview
As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will lead all marketing and communication efforts for Teens 4 Teens. A qualified candidate exhibits neccessary strategic, creativite, and servant-leadership skills to amplify our mission, engage communities, and drive growth across all chapters. The CMO will spearhead initiatives to enhance T4T’s visibility, align marketing strategies with organizational goals, and inspire global engagement through innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with T4T’s mission, values, and global presence.
• Set clear objectives and KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives and chapter campaigns.
• Create and maintain a cohesive brand identity for T4T that resonates with teens, donors, and partner organizations.
Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct market research to understand youth engagement trends and identify opportunities for growth in new regions or demo
graphics. • Analyze the performance of past marketing campaigns to inform future strategies.
• Develop audience personas to guide content creation and outreach efforts.
Public Relations & Community Engagement
• Oversee public relations efforts to maintain and expand T4T’s positive reputation globally.
• Build and nurture relationships with media outlets, influencers, and strategic partners to amplify T4T’s reach.
• Collaborate with chapter leaders to craft localized marketing strategies tailored to their communities.
Campaign Development & Management
• Lead the planning and execution of global awareness campaigns, including fundraising, volunteer recruitment, and chapter engagement initiatives.
• Partner with the social media team to design and launch impactful digital campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Develop promotional materials, including brochures, press kits, and event collateral, to support chapter and organizational activities.
Mentorship & Collaboration
• Work closely with chapter leaders and other members of the admin team to ensure alignment between local and global marketing efforts.
• Mentor teens in marketing roles to foster their leadership skills and encourage creative input.
Resource Development
• Identify innovative tools and platforms to enhance T4T’s marketing capabilities.
• Develop partnerships with sponsors, schools, and organizations to secure resources for marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
• Proven expertise in market planning, marketing management, and sales strategies, ideally within a nonprofit or youth-oriented organization.
• Strong background in market research, public relations, and digital marketing.
• Excellent leadership and strategic planning abilities, with experience leading teams or collaborative projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Experience working in remote or volunteer-based organizations and managing virtual teams.
Preferred Skills & Experience
• Familiarity with global youth engagement trends and an understanding of cultural sensitivities across diverse regions.
• Experience working with Gen Z & Gen Alpha focused campaigns, particularly on social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Prior involvement in fundraising campaigns or grant-writing efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.
