Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients virtually to understand their event vision, budget, and requirements
- Event Planning & Management: Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venues, accommodations, transportation, dining, entertainment, and special amenities
- Vendor Coordination: Research, select, and liaise with vendors to ensure the highest quality services for clients
- Logistics and Execution: Develop event timelines and coordinate logistics to ensure a seamless experience
- Documentation and Support: Provide event itineraries, confirmations, and round-the-clock support for clients
