The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging marketing materials that align with the brand's identity and marketing strategies. This role requires a highly creative individual with a strong design background, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
- With the Jr AD, design and produce high-quality visuals for a variety of marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, digital ads, lookbooks, and packaging
- Ensure all designs adhere to the brand's visual identity and guidelines, maintaining consistency across all marketing channels
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the creative marketing team, including copywriters, photographers, and digital marketers, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns
- Receive and incorporate feedback from the Sr Director, Jr AD and other stakeholders to refine and improve designs
Project Management:
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
- Organize and maintain a library of design assets, including templates, graphics, and brand imagery, for easy access and use by the marketing team
- Review and proofread all design work to ensure accuracy and quality before final production
Digital Marketing Support:
- Create visually engaging content for social media platforms
- Design visually appealing email templates and graphics to support email marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website's visual elements are consistent with the brand's identity and enhance the user experience
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the fashion industry or a related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print materials
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and visual composition
Working Conditions:
- This position may require occasional travel to photo shoots, industry events, and meetings with external partners
- The role is a hybrid position with a minimum of 2 in-office days/week and may involve work in various environments depending on creative activities
