We’re looking for a creative and organized individual to join our team as a Marketing and Events Assistant. We’re seeking a motivated Marketing and Events Assistant to support our restaurant manager in executing exciting events and creating compelling social media content. Hourly Rate: $20-25 per hour depending upon experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing on-site events including private parties, special promotions, and community gatherings.
- Social Media Management: Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to attract and retain customers.
- Content Creation: Develop visual and written content that aligns with our brand and communicates our restaurant’s unique offerings.
- On-Site Support: Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials that enhance our brand presence.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in social media marketing and event coordination.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a marketing or events role is a plus, but not required.
