What you will be doing
Develop a work plan for the North America market in accordance with the company's overall strategy and market trends and support the sales team in achieving regional targets.
Plan and organize PR activities in North America, such as exhibitions, forums, joint partner/customer marketing events, etc. to increase brand awareness and promote sales growth.
Continuously expand and manage media resources and industry resources in North America region to enhance Hanshow’s influence in this area.
Manage marketing materials and assets in North America, including localizing marketing content and promoting local customer success stories to increase sales and brand loyalty.
Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, monitor competitor dynamics, and provide professional advice and insights for the company to stay ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with HQ marketing and brand strategies to implement major marketing events together with other regions and groups, ensuring consistency across all markets while tailoring specific initiatives to meet the unique needs of North America market.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, with at least five years of relevant work experience in North America.
Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and managing large-scale marketing events and projects, as well as a deep understanding of the North American market.
Strong market perception, exceptional writing skills, and aesthetics, with a goal-oriented and execution-driven mindset to drive successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent cross-functional communication and multitasking skills, active thinking, and clear logic to collaborate effectively with various teams across the organization.
Ability to handle pressure, adapt to changing circumstances and possess strong learning and adaptation abilities necessary to stay up to date with the latest industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
